We understand at Houzlux that sometimes items you have purchased may not work in your home. Here’s what you need to know about our returns…..



Stocked items bought from the store can be returned within 14 days of purchase, the item needs to be in the same condition as they were purchased and brought back into the store.

Any Items ordered from the store that are not stocked in the showroom are mostly made to order for you by our suppliers and therefore cannot be returned once the items have been commissioned unless it is faulty. 



Stocked item purchased from the website can be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. We can offer you an exchange or refund excluding the cost of the delivery. This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and unassembled with the original inner and outer packaging. Payment and organisation for the return is the responsibility of the customer. 


Bespoke Items

Our 14 days return policy does not apply to non-standard, customised, bespoke, made to order, made to measure or special order products. We cannot accept returns on these items once they have been commissioned unless it is faulty.
